Hard chrome plating
Our “hardened chrome plating” is based on the “Method of Applying Hard Metallic Chrome” patented by our founder Minoru Araki, and we have made progress in research and development while making use of our experience in the fields of application that are constantly advancing.
Carbon Roll
“Carbon roll” that achieves low deflection and ultra-light weight. Our design carbon roll is for direct plating, re-plating is easy and the life of one roll is extended. Groove processing is possible according to your needs, such as iris, herringbone, and ring. Combined with our surface treatment, we can handle from super mirror surface through satin finish.
Rim-type aluminum roll
“Rim type aluminum roll” that realizes low inertia by special design. The low inertia makes it easy for the roll to follow the film and prevents slip scratches. Many have been adopted by optical film manufacturers. Groove processing is possible according to your needs, such as irises, herringbone, and ring. Combined with our surface treatment, we can provide from super mirror surface through satin finish.
